The question arises seeing the smiles, thumbs up and even the applause of the demonstrators in front of our signs this morning in Le Havre near the Volcano

 We had installed our panels at the Volcano, the place where the two processions met. 

The demonstration was huge. We had never seen so many demonstrators in Le Havre. 50,000 according to the unions and 9,900 according to the prefecture. It is obvious that the prefecture greatly underestimated the figure. The one given by the unions is closer to reality.

Our LH Placards had a great reception. Very many were the demonstrators with raised thumbs, raised points in front of our revolutionary panels. 

Several groups of demonstrators even began to applaud. A group chanted with us "Macron Dégage, Révolution".

We discussed revolution and how to release Macron with CFDT orange vests, a very reformist union, who spontaneously came to see us to discuss this with us





 The protest ended at City Hall.



 


 If the enthusiasm for Macron Dégage is as great throughout France as it is in Le Havre,

if the supporters of the Macron Dégage slogan are 25 million to self-organize as revocable delegates 1 for 25,

then if 1 million basic revocable delegates are designated,

 then we can build a National Committee of the French Revolution CNRF with 25 Revocable Ministers.

A minister representing 2 million French people who can revoke him at any time by withdrawing from his list of delegates.

The 540 members of the NCRI have a historic opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Chliapnikov and the textile workers of Petrograd who initiated the 2nd Russian Revolution by demonstrating from March 8, 1917

These 32,000 revocable delegates in groups of 25 will nominate 

1280 revocable deputies delegates of the humanocracy 

among which will be formed a Grand National Committee of the Iranian Revolution (GCNRI) of 625 delegates

These delegates, in groups of 25, will form the 25 sub-committees, the 25 ministerial cabinets in accordance with what has been announced for 20 years

The Council's 25 commissions form the basis of the provisional coalition government after the mullahs are overthrown. Each commission is chaired by an eminent political personality, an expert in his field.

With this difference that each head of each of the 25 sub-commissions will therefore be appointed by 25 national commissioners and therefore revocable by them and them (25 x 25 = 625)

In the GCNR 500  National Deputy Commissioners
These 500 will be the delegates of 100 national commissioners forming the NCRI National Committee of the Iranian Revolution with its executive committee 25 national coordinators
Each of the 25 national coordinators will therefore be the representative of 20 national deputy commissioners and 4 national commissioners
Their base of 24 will therefore be their statutory council.
A statutory council whose members will each participate in a different sub-committee

The statutory council - delegating base of each minister (national coordinator) is therefore different from the functional cabinet (made up of 25 members but of all the political opinions of the GCNRI.


It will then be understood that each of the 540 members of the current NCRI must immediately obtain the support of 32,000 Iranian men and women.
He and she must start by forming a statutory mini-council of 4+1 members.
Each of these members must therefore have the support of 6,400 citizens, etc.


For the organization of the 25 commissions, the humanocratic revolutionaries recommend that 13 of the sub-commissions be at the service of human capital: 5 for health and 8 for training

Lukacs summarizes Lenin's position on imperialist war:

 “War therefore does not create an absolutely new situation, neither for a country nor for a class within a nation. Its new contribution consists simply in transforming qualitatively the extraordinary quantitative intensification of all the problems and it is in this, and only by this, that it creates a new situation”. There should be smaller quotas with a hierarchy corresponding to the degree of responsibility of each delegate. A district delegate represents 25 people, an adviser delegate who sits on a town committee 625 people.

 


Civil servants will also be representatives of the people.


CONCLUSION
We need a new revolution in Russia. A humanocratic and equalist revolution.
Take back all the huge advances of the Bolsheviks of 1917 and avoid their mistakes so as not to let a new social class take power as was the case with Stalin representing the graduate class, Formoisia.

Four years later, as Putin plays into the hands of the NATO imperialists by responding to their war in Ukraine since 2014 with bombardments against the civilian population of Ukraine, the slogans Putin Get Out, NATO Get Out, Zelensky emerges are more topical than ever.

In dialectic there is a philosophical law: contradiction in contradiction. Every scoundrel allied with a scoundrel can therefore be swindled by his accomplice.

Since Monday morning, the coup took place in several stages. General Abdel Fattah Al-Bourhane has dissolved the transitional authorities. Abdallah Hamdok, the Prime Minister, many of his ministers and all the civilian members of the Sovereignty Council – the highest authority in the transition – were arrested by the military. Mr. Hamdok was taken with his wife to an unknown location after refusing to support the ongoing coup .
