Sudan : Coup  in the coup between the two counter-revolutionary cliques #NeitherHamdockNorAlBurhan. The military scoundrels Al Burhan & Cie make a coup against their civilian accomplices Hamdock & Cie. Neither have been delegated by the people and they stole together the 2019 revolution. Abel Fattah Al-Bourhane Get out! No more than 2 soldiers in a CNR committee of 25 national coordinators who can be dismissed by the people.

In dialectic there is a philosophical law: contradiction in contradiction. Every scoundrel allied with a scoundrel can therefore be swindled by his accomplice.

If Abdallah Hamdock was the contradiction of the popular revolution of 2019, Abdel Fattah Abdelrahmane al-Burhan became the contradiction of this contradiction.

However, we are not witnessing a progressive dialectical overtaking, but a dialectical degeneration: another step towards generalized cancer.

Two and a half years after the revolution that overthrew El Bashir, a military coup  under the leadership of General Abel Fattah Al-Bourhane, president of the Sovereignty Council, gets rid of all the civilians in power, their counter-revolutionary accomplices.

Prime Minister Abdallah Hamdok - member of the ALC appointed Prime Minister 4 months after the overthrow of El Bashir - was arrested along with most of his ministers and the five civilians of the Sovereignty Council (composed of 5 civilian 5 military and one additional member chosen by consensus by both groups)

Since Monday morning, the coup took place in several stages. General Abdel Fattah Al-Bourhane has dissolved the transitional authorities. Abdallah Hamdok, the Prime Minister, many of his ministers and all the civilian members of the Sovereignty Council – the highest authority in the transition – were arrested by the military. Mr. Hamdok was taken with his wife to an unknown location after refusing to support the ongoing coup . His services ensured in a mid-day text “that Abdallah Hamdok’s life is fully responsible for the army” and called for “protest” against the 2019 coup to “protect the revolution” that overthrew Al-Bachir. The World

The government dissolved, General Al-Bourhane declared forming a new government. The state of emergency was decreed.

The head of the military, Gen. Abdel-Fattah Burhan, announced on national TV that he was dissolving the government and the Sovereign Council, a joint military and civilian body created soon after al-Bashir’s ouster to run the country.euronews

Several hours after these arrests, General Al-Bourhane appeared on state television, promising the formation of a new government to «correct the course of the transition». The government is dissolved, as is the Sovereignty Council, he said, prefects and ministers are dismissed, and a state of emergency is declared throughout the country, he added. He promised elections by July 2023. For the supporters of a civil power, he is the one who wants to make Sudan the square meadow of the army, and for those who want a «military government», he is the providential man Le Monde

The army fired live bullets at the demonstrators who massively took to the streets to denounce this coup in the coup.

At least seven demonstrators were killed by repression forces with 140 wounded.

The slogan of the 2019 revolutionaries was "madaniyya! ("power to civilians"!)"

After 30 years of a military government under the leadership of El Béchir, they did not want any more military in power.... But their revolution without revocable delegates was stolen from them....

An agreement between the ALC reformers and the military was then made on the backs of the people.

Five soldiers for six civilians!

While the population wanted no more military in power!

We denounced this betrayal in an article of July 17, 2019:

A scandalous agreement giving priority to the military, since it is they who will chair the Council during the first twenty-one month of transition.

This council, which is based on the principle of power sharing, will be composed of five military and six civilians, five of whom will come from the Alliance for Freedom and Change (ALC), the spearhead of the protest. The military will preside over this body for the first twenty-one months of the transition, and civilians will then take over for the remaining eighteen months. The World

The military is almost as numerous as the civilians in this council 5 military and 6 civilians!

A Sovereign Council appointed by whom? By so-called representatives of the movement manipulated by the imperialists!

A sovereign council in place of the sovereign people....

The Sudanese people decide nothing with this sovereign council!

Translate in English

"It provides for the creation of a “Sovereign Council” to manage the transition for just over three years. This council, based on the principle of power sharing, will be composed of five military and six civilians, five of whom will be from the Alliance for Freedom and Change (ALC), the spearhead of the protest." Le Monde

Soudan #2pour23 #2for23 2 militaires pour 23 civils #Not5for6 non à 5 militaires pour 6 civils, Non à l'accord Hemetti-ALC

As a result this government of alliance between military and civilian traitors resulted in accepting agreements with the IMF and worsened the economic situation of the country.

Sudan is going through a crisis that is only getting worse over the months. Since the fall of Omar al-Bashir in April 2019, the government, in coordination with the Military-Civilian Sovereignty Council tasked with leading the transition, Its objective was to put the country’s finances in order by trying to reduce the burden of its debt on international institutions and to obtain the lifting of sanctions. Unfortunately, these efforts have not been reflected in the daily lives of Sudanese, faced with terrible inflation on basic necessities and the fall of the currency, despite the debt forgiveness granted by France and the European Union. Despite their goodwill and professional skills, civilians have lost their legitimacy in the eyes of the Sudanese, and that is what the military has been waiting for since the beginning. Libération

The military supported by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt took advantage of the discredit of civilians in the government to impose a coup.

Civil disobedience continues to be advocated by reformist organizations while the current coup is proof of the ineffectiveness of this strategy.

Waiting for the elections promised by Abdel Fattah Al-Bourhane in 2023 makes no sense.... It must be released immediately with a national committee of the Sudanese revolution CNRS composed of 25 revocable ministers.

To do this every resistant Sudanese must immediately recruit 4 people to become Intermediate Base Revocable Delegate (DIB) and choose his mission pedagogy, health, safety, ecology economy and justice. These four recruits must recruit 4 each, which are divided among the 4 remaining missions. We will then have RDCs of 25 with 1 basic delegate its 4 assistant DIB basic intermediate delegates and 20 delegate correspondents.

5 base delegates  choose an intermediate delegate advisor.
5 intermediary delegate advisors choose one delegate advisor.
In a revolutionary commune of 3125 people, there are 5 delegates advisers, 25 delegates intermediate advisers, 125 delegates basic and 625 delegates basic intermediate...

The 25 Intermediary Delegate Advisers form the Executive Committee of the Commune.

Above the commune, one has the district then the district, the region, the province then the country.

At each level of geographical organization, there is an executive committee of 25 delegates and no more than 2 soldiers will sit on each committee.

The progressive dialectical overtaking in Sudan requires that a new contradiction come to oppose the Al Burhan contradiction in the Hamdock contradiction. In the same way that the stratum of the Innovative Equalists must oppose the political Formoisie which opposes the bourgeoisie.
Revocable Government #1pour25 is therefore this overtaking against the two scoundrels
